Approved Procedure

Required by section 111 of the Electoral Act 2004

Approved by the Tasmanian Electoral Commission on 1 April 2005

For the purposes of section 111 of the Electoral Act 2004, the Tasmanian Electoral Commission approve the manner of marking an electors name to be by placing a clearly visible mark beside the name of that elector, in the place provided for the purpose on the certified copy of an election roll.
